We require all pets to be current on their vaccinations, and we must have written proof of vaccination from your vet in order for your pet to stay with us. Vaccinations must be given at least 48 hours prior to their check-in, but we prefer that they are given a week in advance to allow for full activation of the vaccinations. Required vaccinations for boarding are:

Dog Vaccinations: DA2PP (Distemper), Bordetella (required every 6 months if intranasal), & Rabies.
Cat Vaccinations: FVRCP, Feline Leukemia & Rabies

All pets that stay with us must be in good health, both physically and mentally. We do not require that your pets be spayed or neutered, however, they will not be allowed into group playtime with the other animals. They will still receive playtime, they will just be segregated from the other animals to avoid any potential issues. We reserve the right to refuse service to any animal whose health and behavior may jeopardize the health or safety of any employees, clients, or other animals in our care.

We offer “all inclusive” pricing, which means that everything is included in the price. We want you to know exactly what you’re going to pay so that there are no hidden fees when you come to pick up your animal. The items that are included your pets stay are:
• Food       • Treats      • Medicine administration (pills, injectibles, ointments, etc.)
• Play time      • Bath (for dogs that stay three nights or longer)

Dogs
We have three different sizes of runs available for your dog depending on their size and your preference.
Small – 4’x4’ $20 per night (size restrictions may apply) Medium – 4’x5’ $24 per night (size restrictions may apply) Large – 4’x8’ $28 per night Each additional pet, from the same family, in any size run is $15 per night.

Cats
Cats stay in suites that are 3 ½ feet wide by 2 ½ feet tall by 2 feet deep. They are $15 per night, per cat.

At Frenchie’s, we realize that life happens and that you can’t always conform to someone else’s schedule. Therefore, we allow drop-offs and pick-ups anytime during our normal business hours without incurring any penalties or extra fees. If your schedule dictates a time different than our normal business hours, give us a call and we will see if we can make amicable arrangements to accommodate for your schedule.

We offer discounts for extended stays. Those discounts are as follows:
For stays 7 days or longer – 5% discount on total bill (retail sales not included)
For stays 14 days or longer – 10% discount on total bill (retail sales not included)
For stays 28 days or longer – 15% discount on total bill (retail sales not included)
For families with more than 3 dogs, please call for special multiple pet rates.

We do not charge extra for our busy seasons or holidays. (Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Summer Break, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Winter Break, etc.)

We offer pick-up and delivery services for both grooming and boarding. The fee for pick-up and delivery is $5 per round trip. Please call to check for availability.
